Charlie Sitton was a high school All-American and Blue Chip athlete at the University of Oregon, before being drafted into the NBA and becoming a EURO League All-Star.

Bill Krueger was two-sport standout at MHS and the University of Portland, and went on to achieve All-Star status and a long career pitching in the MLB.

Rick Abrahamson was a MHS multi-sport letterman, a collegiate basketball standout, and an Olympic Handball star who competed in the 1972 Munich Games, as well as served in the Vietnam War.
